This website is published by Charter-A Ltd, Hangar One, London Redhill Aerodrome, Kingsmill Lane, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5JY (Company No. 7668809). Charter-A Ltd is the data controller for the personal details you send us.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, and the trip you are asking about. If you arrived from an advertisement, the form also passes on the campaign reference so we know which advertisement prompted the enquiry.
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your flight. We do not sell them or add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who sees them
Your enquiry is delivered by email to the Charter-A operations team. If you book a flight, the passenger details needed to operate it are passed to the licensed air carrier, the handling agents and the authorities at the airports you use.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated and you will be asked for your consent where the law requires it.
