What a Manchester to Paris flight costs
| Aircraft | Seats | In the air | From, one way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilatus PC-12 | Up to 8 | 1 hr 30 min | £10,300 · the cheapest of the aircraft we have priced on this route |
| Citation CJ1 | Up to 5 | 1 hr 10 min | £12,225 · a jet for up to five, with a smaller hold |
| Citation CJ2 | 6–7 | 1 hr 10 min | £12,750 · the CJ2+ we priced has room for six or seven and a bigger hold |
These are prices for the whole aircraft, one way, not per seat: a party of one pays what a party of five pays. We have not made up the figures. They come from the quotes we obtained in October 2026 for flights between now and the spring, with our fee included and no UK VAT, because the flight leaves the country. Your own quote confirms the price for your date. Christmas, the school holidays, Paris fashion weeks and the big trade shows push it up, and so does short notice.
A return is priced as a return rather than as two single flights, and what it costs depends on whether the aircraft waits for you in Paris or flies home and comes back for you. Tell us which you would like and we will price both.
Which aircraft for Paris
All three comfortably cover the 320 nautical miles. The question is how many of you there are and how much you are carrying.
The Pilatus PC-12 is the economy choice. It is a turboprop with one Pratt & Whitney turbine, seats up to eight, cruises at about 285 knots and has a 40 cubic foot hold. Over this route it takes about 1 hr 30 min in the air. The Citation CJ1 is a twin jet for up to five and takes about 1 hr 10 min, but its hold takes around five cases, so it suits a small party travelling light. The Citation CJ2 seats six or seven and has a 65 cubic foot hold, which is the one to choose if golf clubs or a family’s luggage are coming too. Our own price list for this route reads in the same order: the turboprop first, the CJ1 next and the CJ2 the highest.
There is more on matching the aircraft to the party in which size of private jet you need, and the whole range is on the turboprop and light jet pages.

Why we fly into Le Bourget, not Charles de Gaulle
Paris has several airports, and the one that suits a private flight is Le Bourget. It is open 24 hours, has customs on site and a main runway of 2,991 metres, and it is about 20 minutes by road from central Paris, depending on traffic. Business aviation is its main business: the handling companies there, Jetex, Signature, Jet Aviation, ExecuJet and Universal, are all used to private passengers arriving and leaving.
One rule is worth knowing before you plan an evening return. Jets may not leave the stand for take-off between 22:15 and 06:00 local time at Le Bourget, and propeller aircraft over nine tonnes may not between 23:15 and 06:00. If your dinner might run late, tell us and we will plan the return around it, or keep the aircraft overnight.
If your destination is better served by another airport, our Paris page compares all seven, and the Le Bourget page has the full airport facts. Charter-A’s own pages cover the route too: Manchester to Paris on Charter-A.com.
Leaving from Manchester
Manchester Airport has two private terminals, Signature’s Business Aviation Centre at Hangar 7 and aether, The Private Terminal, on Terminal One Level 5, and both can arrange customs, so a flight to Paris is simple to plan from either. The airport is about 20 minutes from the city centre. It is slot-coordinated and every visiting aircraft needs a named handler, which is why we ask for the date as early as you can give it. The full picture is on the Manchester page.
If you are coming from the Cheshire countryside or somewhere a car would take an hour, a helicopter can bring you to the airport instead; see helicopter charter in the Manchester area and what it costs in the 2026 helicopter prices guide.
The Paris end, and getting home
France is one hour ahead of the UK, so a 09:00 departure from Manchester lands before 11:00 Paris time. We can book a car at Le Bourget at cost, timed to your aircraft so that if the flight moves the car moves with it, through our chauffeur partner at Executive Global Travel in Paris. Everyone on board needs a valid passport; the rules for each nationality are confirmed with you when you book, and arrival time, security and passports explains what happens on the day.
The other Manchester routes we have priced recently are Manchester to Dublin and Manchester to Munich.
Manchester to Paris: your questions answered
How much does a private jet from Manchester to Paris cost?
One way from Manchester to Paris Le Bourget, prices start from £10,300 on a Pilatus PC-12 turboprop, from £12,225 on a Citation CJ1 and from £12,750 on a Citation CJ2, for the whole aircraft and with no UK VAT. They are based on October 2026 quotes, so your date may be higher or lower, and the quote you receive is the price.
How long does the flight take from Manchester to Paris?
About 1 hr 30 min in a PC-12 turboprop and about 1 hr 10 min in a light jet, over roughly 320 nautical miles. These are approximate airborne times; routing and winds change them on the day.
Which Paris airport do you use?
Normally Paris Le Bourget, the business-aviation airport, which is open 24 hours with customs on site and about 20 minutes from central Paris. If another Paris airport suits your plans better we can use it.
Can we bring luggage and golf clubs?
Yes, within the hold of the aircraft. The PC-12 has a 40 cubic foot hold, the CJ1 takes around five cases and the CJ2 has 65 cubic feet, so for bulky luggage we would suggest the CJ2 or the PC-12. Tell us what you are bringing when you enquire.
